ü  Preparing executive reports on a monthly/quarterly/bi-annual basis as well ad hoc reports (reports on headcount, turnover, education, PMDP, joiners, leavers, etc with different splits of the population over 90,000 employees);

ü  Automating dashboards (work with an IT developer to automate a complex report: preparing specifications, conducting tests; one project released);

ü  Using MS Excel, MS Access, Business Objects to prepare reports;

ü  Administrating the Reporting database.

Achievements: a new employee trained and was able to work independently within a short period of time, spotted and corrected inconsistencies in the previously existing reports on education, joiners/leavers; prepared a new complex dashboard from scratch (designed a template, prepared raw data files, filled in the template, added formulas to automatically vlookup the raw data based on the chosen reporting period).
