Head of HR department

 

-         Built a systematic  approach in recruiting and people development process, admin function, HR documentation, HR and Admin policies and procedures

-          Developed strategy and framework for organizational change in corporate culture (Culture of Accountability project) and company’s atmosphere (took accountability for developing non-monetary motivation program)

-          Managed a team of 2 HR professionals and 3 Admin specialists

-          Handled regular round HR tables with all departments and presented all changes, new HR program implementation etc.

-          Responsible for training programs creation for all employees on annual based and talent pool creation. Remodeled development program for talent pool.
